If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the original product price, provided the item and its packaging are in original, unopened, and resalable condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded if the item is returned due to change of mind.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• A Change of Mind (COM) request must be submitted within 30 days of the product being delivered.
• The item must be in unopened condition, and a clear photo of the parcel’s condition must be provided.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If you would like us to provide a return label, the cost of return postage will also be deducted from your refund.

*All products must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding original postage and handling (PH). Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation before returning any items. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
